Day 1 : Senaru village – Senaru camp site
06.00am breakfast and breafing at Senaru village
07.00am check in at Rinjani trekking center office and start the Trekk from Jebak gawah 601 meters level above the sea
12.00pm rest and lunch at post 3 ( 2000 meters)
15.00pm continue the Trekk to Senaru campsite 2461 meters level above the sea
17.30pm we will arrive at Senaru camp site for the first night camp,enjoy the beautiful sunset,segara anak lake view and surrounding landscape,prepare for dinner and over night here and we will continue the journey the day after
Day 2 : senaru camp site – lake segara anak – Sembalun camp site
06.00am get breakfast while enjoy the beautiful sunrise and stunning view of segara anak lake in the morning
08.00am getting ready to continue the journey descend to segara anak lake 2000 meters one of the highest lake in the world
12.00pm rest and get lunch at segara anak lake,explore the surrounding area including the hot spring ( bathing in natural hot water ) while your porter prepare for the lunch
15.00pm star to ascending to Sembalun camp site 2639 meter above sea for second night camp
18.00 pm arrive at Sembalun camp site enjoy the beautiful sunset,dinner and over night. Make sure you sleep early because we gonna woke up early to continue our Trekk to the summit Rinjani 3726 meters above sea level
Day 3 : Sembalun camp site- summit – Sembalun village – Senaru village – end
02.00am woke up and get light breakfast
03.00am start our Trekk to the summit of Rinjani
06.00am arrive at the summit and enjoy the stunning views of sunrise and surrounding landscape
08.00am descend back to Sembalun camp site take second breakfast before continue to descend to Sembalun village
10.00am start to descend to Sembalun village 1100 meters above sea level
13.00 pm arrive at Sembalun village and check out at Rinjani trekking center lunch will prepare on the way
13.30pm we go back to Senaru village at starting point and the trip ends. This itinerary is suitable for trekkers with a moderate level of physical fitness,the trekking distance is approximately 40km with an ascent of 2639 meters and descend of 2601 meters, this itinerary is subject to changed based on weathers conditions and the physical conditions of the trekkers
