There are several things on this tour that need to paid attention to , so that it doesn’t cause misunderstanding

1️⃣ Manta Ray & Whales shark

Manta point & Whales shark is one of the destination that you will visit in this tour but you have to understand that we not guaranteed 100% that we will saw the manta ray because they live in wild life, this is different from whales shark which live in conservation areas and under government supervision ( feeding, research …. )

2️⃣ Boat & Engines Noise

Please note that the boat generator will operate at night to provide electricity for lighting and air circulation and most of the boat do not have full sounds insulation,you might hear some engine or generator noise from your cabin and this is something normal for liveboard boat a specially when you are on the middle of the ocean so we do recommend you to bring earplugs to help to stop the noise

3️⃣ Foods

Foods is Indonesian buffet and vegetarian is available on the option, please if you have an allergic problem let us knows, you can bring extra snacks to fill your stomach while waiting for meals time

4️⃣ Transport

Free pick up only applies to regional area such as Mataram city, ampenan,senggigi,bangsal harbour and central kuta out side the areas mentioned above additional fees will apply depending on where is the location so we do recommend you to stay around the free pick up area

5️⃣ Locker

We do not provide personal locker to store bags and belongings but we have storage space that can be used together and you can directly ask our guide who was on duty at that time

6️⃣ Departure & Meetings point

The meeting point will be held in senggigi or central Lombok dipending of the situation and departure will start from east lombok ( Kayangan harbour) take around 2 and half hours from senggigi

How do I join this Trip from Bali without an offer night

This question is really popular around the traveler so if you like to join the 4 days 3 night departure from Lombok and you are in Bali, you can take morning fast boat from Padang bai directly to senggigi harbour,morning fast boat around 07.00am and you will arrive in Lombok around 10.00 am and if you like to join the 3 days 2 night trip from Labuan bajo is you can book early flight directly from Bali to Labuan bajo airport will arrive around 08.00 – 08.15 am and the second flight arrive around 09.00 – 09.30 am, our driver will standby to pick up and bring you directly to our office
